About The Position

As a Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Global Excellence Center’s (GEC) digital advisory discipline leadership by developing functional expertise, leading diverse teams, and driving data-driven decision-making processes. You will be recognized as a highly experienced professional within the organization, proactively influencing project outcomes and fostering collaboration across global teams. Your expertise will enable you to lead the delivery of high-quality Digital EHS system integration solutions, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and support the growth and development of your team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related STEM field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in advance analytics, AI integration and custom app development, system Integration and data migration with a proven track record of leading project teams and managing complex projects.
Extensive knowledge of advance data analytics and data management frameworks.
Proven ability to lead data-driven projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
Expertise in designing and implementing advance analytics solutions with technology like Python, Azure cloud service integrations, AI services integration and automated data engineering solutions.
Strong stakeholder engagement and client relationship management skills.
Adept at problem-solving and decision-making with a focus on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.

Nice To Haves

Experience in designing solution architecture and development/delivery of digital advisory projects across global multiple sectors (e.g., infrastructure, water, energy and sustainability) is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex data analytics and automation projects, including planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder management to achieve defined outcomes.
Take ownership of overall project delivery quality, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and client expectations.
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource management for multiple projects or project teams.
Identify and mitigate safety-related risks by collaborating with internal and external teams.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, enabling their professional growth and fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and arrange training to upskill team members, ensuring readiness for emerging trends and technologies.
