Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Principal Electrical Engineer to join our Federal Engineered Systems Global Business Unit! In this role you will support successful execution of design projects supported by the Parsons Federal Engineering Team. Our Federal Engineered Systems Global Business Unit is a world-class leader in delivering Engineering and Technology enhancing solutions to Federal DoD and Civilian clients. We have provided successful program, system integration, engineering, modernization, environmental, and construction management support for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Army, Navy, and Air Force on Aviation related programs worldwide. Parsons’ numerous programs and long history give us unparalleled experience in program integration, staff support, technology insertion, and on-site support. Ability to obtain a DOE or DOW security clearance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and at least 10+ years of related work experience with industrial and chemical process plants
  • Professional Engineer Registration in State of Tennessee
  • Electrical System Analysis experience of at least six months
  • Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Familiarity of industry practices and regulations are required
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering software for use on project.
