Principal Engineer Software (Infrastructure Platform Full Stack)

About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will utilize your extensive experience in both frontend and backend technologies to shape and enhance our product. You will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge web applications that drive our cybersecurity efforts. Our Full-Stack Engineers are crucial in building and maintaining robust and scalable solutions. This role is located at our dynamic Santa Clara California headquarters campus, and in office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, test, and maintain high-performance web applications: You will be responsible for ensuring our web applications are fast, efficient, and provide a seamless user experience.
• Work on both frontend and backend tasks: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize features, working on both frontend and backend aspects of our web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to design, build, and optimize features, ensuring our web applications meet the highest standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in building world class products
• Experience in full-stack development: A strong background in full-stack development, with experience working on both frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Good understanding of web application architecture: A solid understanding of web application architecture, including frontend and backend, is necessary to design and build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks: Experience with at least one modern frontend framework, such as Next.js, Gatsby, or Vue.js, is preferred.
• Positive 'can-do' mindset: A positive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team are essential for success in this role.
• Experience with at least one frontend framework: Experience with at least one frontend framework, such as React, is preferred.
• Experience with Go-lang: Experience with Go-lang is also an advantage, as it shows your ability to work with modern programming languages and develop efficient solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js, Gatsby, or Vue.js.
