Position Overview Our goal is to deliver the next-generation of Conversational AI (CAI) by leveraging and creating the latest in Generative AI technology. We are looking for a Principal Engineer to design and implement the latest Contact Center as a service Messaging and AI solutions, reporting directly to the Head of Architecture. This role includes working with the LivePerson Core platform team, other architects and senior engineers in the team. As a lead engineer, the engineer will be instrumental in designing the solutions that resolve some major brand challenges in the area of Voice, various SDk for the platform, LLM based AI solutions, 3rd party integrations etc of LivePerson.
