We are a product-led team at the heart of Microsoft’s Security Access Service Edge (SASE) strategy, responsible for building and scaling Microsoft Entra Internet Access and Microsoft Entra Private Access, along with the core platform that powers them. Our mission is to redefine secure access by protecting applications, data, and services across cloud, SaaS, and on premises environments—at global scale and with enterprise-grade reliability. The team is focused on advancing the secure access platform to deliver stronger security outcomes, simpler operations, and intelligent, adaptive protection for customers. We are actively incorporating AI-driven capabilities to enhance threat detection, automate decision-making, and help organizations securely adopt emerging AI workloads, agents, and applications—ensuring safe access to AI services and protection of sensitive data used by AI systems. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• 6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
• 8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
• 8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g.,. competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core area of Microsoft’s SASE offering, including Entra Internet Access and Entra Private Access.
• Lead the evolution of the secure access platform to protect applications, data, and services across cloud, SaaS, and on prem environments.
• Advance AI driven capabilities that improve security outcomes, simplify operations, and enable secure adoption of emerging AI workloads and applications.
• Partner closely with engineering and cross functional teams to deliver high quality, scalable products from concept through launch and iteration.
• Engage deeply with customers and the market to translate insights into differentiated, impactful product capabilities.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high performing team of product managers while aligning stakeholders across the organization.
