About the position

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Marketer to lead bespoke GTM and marketing strategy and execution for our most important and often confidential product launches. In this highly cross-functional role, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end GTM strategies for strategic, complex, cross-product launches. The ideal candidate moves seamlessly between 'big picture' thinking and leading tactical execution, and the person is able to navigate heavy ambiguity and chart a path forward independently. This role will also partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams often on highly confidential launches to craft positioning, messaging, and marketing approaches tailored to our core customer segments. For this highly visible role, we are seeking someone who can both earn trust and have backbone and who can author a simple, compelling document detailing their plans. Your mission will be to win the hearts and minds of our customers by bringing the transformative value of our new solutions to life through engaging, multi-channel activations. Responsibilities

  • Define the GTM strategy for our highest visibility global product and portfolio launches
  • Provide flawless program management, managing up, down, and across, serving as the 'glue' that keeps our organization's most important launches on track
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Sales to develop the positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies to land the product vision with customers
  • Lead the end-to-end GTM strategy and execution, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences that showcase the value and use cases of top tier launches
  • Create compelling, multi-channel content that helps customers understand the transformative use cases and value propositions of our solutions
  • Design and launch marketing campaigns that drive widespread adoption and growth for our most important launches
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to optimize the GTM strategy for long-term success, including making recommendations to refine product roadmaps based on customer insights

Requirements

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with creating GTM initiatives at scale
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product management, analytics, UX, and research

Benefits

  • Base pay ranges from $153,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $252,900/year in our highest geographic market
