To power that trajectory, we are seeking a Principal HRBP for our Engineering, Product, Design, and Medical Intelligence (Data) organizations to architect the people strategy that will drive our mission forward. THE ROLE We are looking for a Principal HR Business Partner to support our Technology organization, including Engineering, Product, Design, and Medical Intelligence. This role is a highly strategic individual contributor position partnering closely with senior technology leaders to build a high-performing organization during a period of rapid growth and transformation. You will be expected to challenge leaders, drive hard decisions on talent and structure, and raise the performance bar across the organization. You will work directly with leaders shaping the future of our product and technology platform. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and a willingness to build while scaling. This role reports to the Director, HR Business Partners, and works closely with the SVP of People and senior leadership across the company.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of HR experience with deep expertise in HR business partnering
  • Experience supporting Engineering, Product, or other technical organizations
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to operate as a strategic partner to senior leaders
  • Experience working in high-growth technology companies
  • Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and rapid change
  • Strong judgment and the ability to balance speed with thoughtful decision-making
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizational dynamics

Responsibilities

  • Primary partner to C-suite/Executive technology leaders and their teams to shape organizational strategy, team structure, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Act as a thought partner on organizational design, leadership development, talent planning, and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Translate business priorities into people strategies that enable speed, clarity, and accountability.
  • Help evolve the technology organization as the company grows through hiring, leadership development, and organizational change.
  • Lead key people initiatives across performance management, talent density, leadership capability, and team effectiveness.
  • Operate comfortably in a build environment where systems and processes are still evolving.
  • Coach senior leaders on performance, feedback, and building elite teams.
  • Support leaders through periods of rapid change, including scaling, restructuring, and talent upgrades.
  • Partner closely with recruiting to attract and retain exceptional talent in highly competitive markets.
  • Drive clarity around goals, performance expectations, and accountability.
  • Help leaders diagnose organizational challenges and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
  • Ensure leaders have the tools and support needed to build strong teams while maintaining high standards.
