About The Position

Responsible for supporting projects for the commercial team including but not limited to technical enhancements, upgrades and new product launches. The ideal comes from a background within the pharmaceutical/life science industry and has proven experience supporting technical projects for commercial organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, IT or related field and 7+ years of relevant experience OR master’s degree in computer science, IT or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of technical project management experience specific to IT Systems upgrades, enhancements, or implementations
• Proven experience supporting commercial/marketing departments with experience or knowledge of commercial pharmaceutical processes
• Experience working in the Pharma/Life Science industry with experience and understanding FDA regulations and validated systems
• Experience with LMS system implementations or upgrades (compliance wire preferred)
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, CRM/ERP systems, or relevant Enterprise Level IT Business Systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Veeva Vault
• Has direct experience leading LMS platform selection and implementation, or A dedicated LMS subject matter expertise to support the evaluation and decision-making process.
• Experience with: Content creation tools Content delivery/LMS platforms Quiz functionality and data analytics
• Involvement in LMS selection and/or implementation

Nice To Haves

• Project Management (PMP) Certification highly preferred
• Experience with Master Data Management
