Come join Intuit as a Principal Life Cycle Marketing Manager! In this role, you will develop and implement Lifecycle Marketing Strategy, plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns driving demand and lead generation. You will execute and measure customer-backed email/marketing automation campaigns in Eloqua to drive usage, conversion, retention, revenue, and unit growth. Additionally, you will set up and QA campaigns in Eloqua for lifecycle marketing stages, lead nurture, onboarding, and trial conversion. You will also plan and manage the end-to-end process of direct mail campaigns, including strategy, creative development, and management of print and fulfillment vendors. Your responsibilities will include building program test plans, performing and analyzing A/B split testing, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and optimize results. You will develop program/creative briefs, manage creative development with copywriters, designers, and programmers, and accurately estimate and track program costs, weekly campaign timelines, and results. Furthermore, you will build and ensure on-time detailed program schedules from kick-off to tracking codes to legal/compliance review to deployment and results tracking, including managing stakeholder expectations and communicating project timelines.
