About The Position

This role helps establish the network and core IT foundations that enable Otto to design, certify, and manufacture a next generation business jet. The role will support secure, high-performance connectivity and reliable IT services across engineering, manufacturing, test, and corporate environments, linking people, systems, and data across offices, labs, factory floors, data centers, and cloud integrated platforms. In addition to contributing to network architecture and design, the role supports day-to-day enterprise IT operations, including endpoint connectivity, identity aware access, network services, and operational troubleshooting to ensure a stable and responsive user environment. Early on, you will help set the technical direction for how networks and core IT services are designed, secured, monitored, and supported to enable rapid engineering iteration, disciplined configuration control, and FAA-aligned development and test activities. As the company grows, your work will scale with it, supporting increasing program complexity, expanded manufacturing operations, and a growing user base with evolving IT needs. The infrastructure you help build and operate will be a critical enabler of how Otto engineers, tests, certifies, and produces a new class of high-performance aircraft.
