About The Position

This role provides a high-visibility opportunity to lead commercial analytics initiatives with a strategic and technical focus. The Principal of Commercial Analytics will shape enterprise insight frameworks, monitor regulatory landscapes, and drive data-informed decision-making across pharmacy services and health system solutions. Acting as both a hands-on analyst and consultative advisor, you will influence internal teams and external stakeholders, design AI-driven analytics tools, and deliver actionable insights to optimize operations, compliance, and business outcomes. The position blends strategic leadership with execution, enabling measurable impact on revenue, operational performance, and regulatory compliance. You will mentor analysts, develop dashboards and models, and drive innovation across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of healthcare analytics, regulatory strategy, and commercial impact.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in commercial or healthcare analytics with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated expertise in 340B program design, implementation, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable value to health system partners through analytics-driven optimization.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics and data tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Azure, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex regulatory and commercial insights to diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Health Economics, Analytics, or Public Health preferred.
  • Ability to travel 10–15% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor healthcare regulatory changes (e.g., 340B, IRA, Medicaid) and assess potential business implications.
  • Lead strategic analytics initiatives, including data modeling, scenario planning, and opportunity assessments for pharmacy and health system clients.
  • Design, implement, and govern centralized 340B expertise initiatives, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
  • Integrate EMR and payer data systems to support accurate reporting, compliance, and optimization of pharmacy programs.
  • Develop AI-driven decision support tools and scalable analytics solutions for internal and client use.
  • Communicate insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders through presentations, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Mentor analysts, develop reporting frameworks, and elevate analytics capabilities across the organization.
