Role overview The Principal Process Excellence Analyst, People & Talent is responsible for evaluating, designing, and continuously improving end-to-end People and Talent processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, employee-centered, and aligned with business strategy. This role partners closely with People & Talent leaders, People Strategy Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points, streamline and standardize how work gets done, and deliver sustainable process improvements that enhance the employee experience and operational effectiveness. The role will also lead the identification and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to reduce manual effort, improve cycle time and quality, and strengthen decision-making across People & Talent.
