In this key role, you’ll work closely across the org and with cross-functional teams to lead design and experience strategy that drive delightful, engaging, outcome-driven user experiences for our members. You will grow empathy for our users, innovative thinking, aligned to improving business outcomes. You will lead efforts to conceptualize and evolve new approaches to solving interconnected user journeys, that encourages positive member behavior patterns and maximizes the potential of dynamic AI powered content, sensor data, and tools to deliver a personalized program that significantly improves a user's health. Twin HQ is in Mountain View, California but this role is open to remote applicants in the US.
