You are a visionary with the ability to execute swiftly, articulating solutions that don't just improve the status quo but redefine it. This is an IC9-level role, meaning you operate with exceptional autonomy to drive strategic change across multiple countries and functions. You will be the guardian of our "purple" identity, responsible for defining 0-1 experiences and elevating the level of craftsmanship across our entire global product. From leading the next generation of our illustration system to architecting the core interaction patterns of our homepage, your work will set the technical and aesthetic foundations that millions of people interact with daily. You are a consultant to leadership, a mentor to the guild, and a pioneer of design excellence.
