We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Payments Product team. In this role, you will lead the product definition, strategy and long term vision to build a modern Payment platform with Crypto and AI capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, operators and engineers. You will lead the product plans and communicate these plans, benefits and the results to key stakeholders including the executive leadership team.
This is a hybrid position based in Palo Alto, California, and in-office collaboration is required for at least 3 days per week. You will be an individual contributor reporting to the VP, Product.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience
• Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience
• Passion for and experience building Payments and Crypto product
• Experience of leading initiatives across engineering and cross functional teams, to influence roadmap planning and execution
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, structuring ambiguous concepts clearly and from first principles

Nice To Haves

• You have a few years experience in a startup, preferably in Fintech and Crypto
• You have taken a product from 0-1 or founded a startup
• You are very hands-on, and you personally test product/features before releasing and edit FAQ/documentation

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap of the global payments platform
• Partner across engineering, payroll operations, sales and marketing to influence and better understand our customers
• Draft product requirements for initiatives that are clear, accurate, and easily translatable into technical implementation
• Drive the execution of major initiatives, such as Crypto rails, on the platform
• Define goals and success criteria, work across functions to provide clarity and direction to ensure initiatives are moving forward
• Leverage AI for automation of payment processing capabilities
• Ensure products are delivered on time with a focus on exactness and a seamless user experience
• Maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends in Payments, AI, and the EOR landscape
