Responsibilities
Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area.
Work with product stakeholders, users, Enterprise Architects, Engineers, and development teams to align the architectural direction.
Establish incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway.
Ensure that common technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable.
Specify the components and their interactions that comprise the End-to-End Integrated Architecture.
Determine the primary components and subsystems and analyze technical trade-offs.
Define a shared technical and architectural vision focused on creating technical alignment for the full Solution rather than concerns for specific components.
Abstraction and generalization to preserve architectural flexibility.
Have ownership over product optimization and features.
Perform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimization.
Define key performance indicators that drive company goals and achieve them.
Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas.
Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
Drive product features through their entire creative cycle (ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration).
Work with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define high-value solutions.
Partner with product designers to ensure a simple and delightful user experience in our products.
Work with engineers to help guide feature development.
Work across system owners inside and outside of Supply Chain to drive a seamless user experience across our technology stack.
Requirements
5+ years product experience
Proven track record of leading successful product development from conception to launch.
Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive product decisions and optimize performance
5+ years' experience working in data products built on Snowflake environments with Azure and PowerBI technology stacks.
Ability to work in Figma and lead User Experience for users working with scrum teams, developers and engineers.
Strong understanding of technical architecture and system design principles.
An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovative
Experience leading projects and teams
Strong communication skills
