About the position

Join AT&T and reimagine the communications and technologies that connect the world. This position is for a product leader role in the DNA team, where you will establish the product vision and strategy for your product area. You will work with product stakeholders, users, Enterprise Architects, Engineers, and development teams to align the architectural direction. Your responsibilities will include establishing an incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway, ensuring that common technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable, and specifying the components and their interactions that comprise the End-to-End Integrated Architecture. You will also determine the primary components and subsystems and analyze technical trade-offs, define a shared technical and architectural vision, and have ownership over product optimization and features. Additionally, you will perform experiment analysis on features, define key performance indicators, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, build alignment across product teams, and drive product features through their entire creative cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the product vision and strategy for your product area.
  • Work with product stakeholders, users, Enterprise Architects, Engineers, and development teams to align the architectural direction.
  • Establish incremental implementation strategy and technical foundation for the architectural runway.
  • Ensure that common technology, design practices, and infrastructure are used when applicable.
  • Specify the components and their interactions that comprise the End-to-End Integrated Architecture.
  • Determine the primary components and subsystems and analyze technical trade-offs.
  • Define a shared technical and architectural vision focused on creating technical alignment for the full Solution.
  • Abstraction and generalization to preserve architectural flexibility.
  • Have ownership over product optimization and features.
  • Perform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimization.
  • Define key performance indicators that drive company goals and achieve them.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas.
  • Build alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
  • Drive product features through their entire creative cycle.
  • Work with users, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define high-value solutions.
  • Partner with product designers to ensure a simple and delightful user experience.
  • Work with engineers to help guide feature development.
  • Work across system owners inside and outside of Supply Chain to drive a seamless user experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years product experience.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product development from conception to launch.
  • Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive product decisions and optimize performance.
  • 5+ years' experience working in data products built on Snowflake environments with Azure and PowerBI technology stacks.
  • Ability to work in Figma and lead User Experience for users working with scrum teams, developers and engineers.
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture and system design principles.
  • An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovative.
  • Experience leading projects and teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A desire to make the world a better place through technology and data.
