As a Principal, Strategic Partner Consultant, you will be the strategic lead for one or more GSI relationships, responsible for deepening engagement, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and building operational frameworks that enable scalable co-sell motions. Your mission is to embed UKG into the fabric of our GSI partners’ business—transforming the relationship from implementation support to strategic sales influence. You’ll serve as a connector, orchestrator, and advocate, ensuring alignment between UKG and our partners to deliver mutual growth and customer success.
