Principal UX Product Designer

About the position

As a Principal Designer, you'll lead the creation of cutting-edge, AI-powered application authoring tools on our low-code platforms, revolutionizing application development for startups and global enterprises alike. By incorporating Design Thinking principles into the application-building process, you'll help clients foster their own innovation, quickly align on their vision, and develop enterprise-grade workflow solutions with enhanced quality and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Drive the design process, ensuring high standards of design quality and consistency across all projects.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional partners, including other product designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Develop and refine UI components and UX patterns that are reusable and address a wide range of use cases.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies, including generative AI, to enhance client success, automate tedious tasks, optimize development processes, and foster innovation.
• Work closely with UX research and client success teams to ensure that solutions meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a product (UX or interaction) designer in enterprise software.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools.
• An effective collaborator who works well with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and client success, to align on goals and drive project success.
• An interaction designer with a strong focus on accessibility and information architecture.
• A lifelong learner, constantly exploring new approaches and refining your skills.
