About The Position

This is an entry level position in a high volume print and sign manufacturing shop. The Print Production Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the secure packaging and timely preparation of all products. Monitoring and ensuring that all printing and sign products meet established quality benchmarks and customer expectations. You will also assist the various production departments with finishing, bindery and kitting tasks.

Responsibilities

Inspect finished signs, banners, decals, and other printed materials for defects, color accuracy, alignment, and resolution against job tickets, customer specifications, and sample proofs.
Communicate quality issues to the production team or management to facilitate corrective actions.
Package completed orders securely and accurately to prevent damage during transit, ensuring proper labeling and documentation are included.
Prepare shipments using internal systems, coordinate with shipping carriers, organize the most efficient delivery methods, and track shipment statuses.
Use measuring devices (e.g., scales, tape measures) and basic computer software to verify specifications and maintain accurate records.
