Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with major or minor in Graphic Communications preferred
3-5 years of education or experience in similar role
Experience in Out of Home advertising preferred but not necessary
Fanatical attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, Google Docs & Sheets, Gmail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize effectively

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator a plus

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the media team and clients to ensure successful print production executions of Out of Home media plans
Prepare production grids outlining all client production requirements
Maintain production schedules to ensure on-time posting of all media
Create process efficiencies to manage increasing volume of business
Track Production department KPI’s to ensure challenges are addressed and remedies put in place
