This job will involve controlling all aspects of tasks, from the initiation, through the process and through to completion. As a Private Client Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for a select group of NBH’s affluent clients. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including; establishing an entrusted banker-client relationship, coordinating assigned client financial needs through proactive and disciplined approach that reaches across multiple lines of business and service/support teams, protect all client and bank information, and following Client Privacy and Information Policy & Procedures for communication with clients, vendors and associates, and study and understand broad local and national economic and business issues that allow fluent advisory discussions with affluent clients to engage and help determine needs. Additionally, Private Bankers are expected to achieve specific sales and service goals on a quarterly and annual basis, proudly participate and represent NBH in various community, civic, and professional organizations, and build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
