We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Private Dining Server to provide meal service in a private dining setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintains a polished appearance, and delivers excellent service in a structured environment.
Requirements
- Prior serving or food service experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work rotating schedule (4 on / 2 off)
- Dependable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Set up private dining areas for meal service
- Serve meals and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food
- Clear tables and reset dining areas after service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining spaces
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist kitchen staff as needed
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service at all times
