About The Position
Located at Manhattan West’s office in Century City, Los Angeles, CA The internship program will run the summer of 2026 Part-Time; up to 24 hours per week in the office Reports to the Managing Director, Private Equity
Requirements
- Currently in an undergraduate or graduate program, majoring in an applicable field of study
- Desire to learn about and gain exposure to the private equity industry
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
- Ability to complete the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
Responsibilities
- Track and report on deal flow generated by our team
- Assist team in maintaining our firm’s deal database
- Conduct research on various sectors and sub-sectors within venture capital
- Identify target companies and source attractive investment opportunities
- Evaluate business plans from prospective investment opportunities
- Assist with due diligence & deal execution
