A private family is seeking a talented, health-conscious Private Chef to join their household team in New York City, with a seasonal transition to the Hamptons during the summer months and occasionally throughout the year. This is a long-term opportunity for a chef who values clean, seasonal cooking, thoughtful sourcing, sustainability, and individualized dining that supports a family committed to an active and healthy lifestyle- without sacrificing flavor or creativity. The ideal candidate is deeply aligned with a farm-to-table philosophy, highly organized, cost-aware, without compromising quality, and experienced in managing food allergies with precision and care. September–May (NYC-Based): Sunday through Thursday dinners Occasional flexibility for holidays or special events June, July & August: Primarily Hampton-based, with occasional days in NYC Some lunch preparation during the summer months Expectation of somewhat regular guests Execution and oversight of multiple special events/group outings that may include breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner
