About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Golf Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. The Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for assisting golfers, managing retail sales, maintaining the pro shop area, and providing excellent customer service to members and guests.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and point-of-sale experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of golf and golf equipment is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist golfers, members, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Process tee time reservations and check in players
• Operate the point-of-sale system to handle retail purchases and golf fees
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop and merchandise displays
• Stock shelves and assist with inventory management
• Answer phone calls and provide information about tee times, rates, tournaments, and club policies
• Assist with tournament preparation and events as needed
• Ensure golfers have the necessary equipment and supplies for their round
