About The Position

As a Pro Strategist at Feathr, you'll play a vital part in our mission to deliver unparalleled digital marketing solutions to nonprofits. You’ll be a key contributor on a team that's reshaping the way nonprofits nurture and engage their communities. You serve as the bridge between Feathr and our customers, by not just ensuring their satisfaction, but by also understanding clients’ unique needs, and driving their success by serving as subject-matter-expert and guide. You will inspire and empower our customers by offering strategic insights, expert technical guidance, and dedicated coaching, fostering a productive and outstanding customer experience that drives exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working in a customer relationship management role
  • 2+ years experience developing, managing, or planning marketing campaigns
  • 1+ years of account management across multiple simultaneous customer relationships
  • Proven experience consulting, training, or advising customers
  • Proactive : You use foresight and planning to anticipate roadblocks to customer goals and expectations. You overcommunicate and share information clearly with customers and leadership about the impact of new variables.
  • Relationship Management : You are able to build connections and positive relationships with customers that contribute to service retention.
  • Clarity : You adjust your communication towards your audience, use simple communications, and ask questions to gauge your audience's understanding. You are able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Organized: You are organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent follow-through skills.
  • Marketing Subject Matter Expert: Applies evolving marketing best practices to customer's campaign strategies, personal workflows, and customer conversations in alignment with Feathr's positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Become a Feathr Product expert and strategic adviser
  • Guide customers on how to creatively and productively utilize the Feathr app to amplify their marketing efforts
  • Assist customers in developing the skills for them to independently create and manage campaign plans based on their goals
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Deliver virtual strategy sessions or training and email communication to customers
  • Track account progress and status updates in Salesforce and Planhat
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members at Feathr to ensure customer renewal
  • Create and lead customer Business Reviews to highlight value with Feathr, as well as to uncover risk and growth opportunities
