The guarantee reduces month-to month volatility and provides stability while you learn the role, with higher earnings driven by consistent performance (typically $75,000-100,000/annually). Requirements

Funeral Director License REQUIRED
Applicable Virginia Insurance License and Preneed License/Certification or ability to obtain one
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or 1-2 years of in-person sales/customer service experience, preferably in a senior market
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Comfort meeting with families both over the phone and in-person
Empathetic, caring, and compassionate mindset with a strong work ethic
