About The Position
Description Be the heartbeat of our ophthalmology care team. As PacMed’s next Procedural Scheduler – Ophthalmology , you’ll orchestrate the flow of surgical and in‑clinic procedures that keep our providers operating at their best. Work under the direction and supervision of clinical supervisor, manager or appropriate staff to support clinicians and patients in delivery of cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable scheduling of procedures in a safe, respectful manner that ensures patient respect and dignity. Manage deadlines to ensure that patient healthcare needs and clinicians and operating room schedule demands are met. Work with clinical teams in the coordination of pre-operative appointments and patient needs as they arise. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
