About The Position

Facilitate the development of corporate procedures and other official forms and documents. Ensure compliance with bank policies and maintain up-to-date records. Support training and new projects through process analysis and procedure drafting.

Requirements

  • Business Administration or related field
  • 3 - 5 years Relevant experience in the Banking Industry including operational processes and banking laws regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, in Spanish and English.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Handle sensitive financial and personnel information responsibly.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, banking software, data security protocols, and digital platforms.
  • Respond to changing regulations, market conditions, and organizational needs.
  • Understand and respond to internal and external client needs.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulatory compliance and other financial regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure policies and procedures within the Region are maintained up to date.
  • Draft new procedures, review or revoke existing documents with business units to ensure relevancy of information, compliance with corporate policies and regulators.
  • Conduct quality reviews of procedures (new drafts and revision of published procedures), to ensure adherence to documentation standards and provide feedback to authors.
  • Measure, evaluate and track drafted procedures’ progress in all stages, these include but aren’t limited to: Business Unit request, Regulatory/BSA Compliance Review, Procedure Approval. Prepare documentation package of final versions of procedures and coordinate approvals by Department Head, Compliance and Procedure Approving Officers.
  • Ensure that all documentation is aligned with business unit’s strategies and corporate efficiency.
  • Develop guidelines that align with training materials at different phases to maintain consistency throughout all provided information.
  • Serve as support during training development and facilitation process.
  • Translate business processes into straightforward training material as relevant to each target audience.
  • Meet with departments across the organization to review and update procedures.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) throughout the design, development, and execution of projects.
  • Ensure follow-up on completion of new product programs and annual review of existing product programs.
  • Assist with project testing and implementation whenever needed to gain insight into workflows and record procedures necessary for new processes.
  • Act as the primary regional contact for overseeing, implementing, and handling daily matters concerning the Business Continuity program. Provide data analysis reports to assist with the regional reporting process.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
