About The Position

This employee is responsible for identifying, analyzing, managing, supporting, and facilitating business process improvement activities designed to drive operational excellence and best practice in Safety, Quality, Training, and Productivity across the Enterprise, including Field Operations and Service Delivery, Billing Centers, Customer Call Centers, Shipping Warehouses, and Corporate support functions.  There will be a high focus revolving around patient forms, templates, and document lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • managing or supporting electronic document delivery systems (e.g. DocuSign, Adobe Sign, OneSpan, or similar platforms)
  • document lifecycle management, version control, and governance processes
  • High level of math and statistics
  • Must effectively articulate change supported by data and sell change opportunities to management and employees
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Must have good interpersonal communication and be comfortable presenting to groups
  • Must travel 50% or more
  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Implements and supports digital signature platforms and related technologies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Acts as the primary liaison for all form and document change requests, coordinating intake, review, and documentation across business units
  • Prepares and presents proposed changes, impact assessments, and recommendations to the Forms Committee, ensuring approved updates are implemented and communicated effectively
  • Supports the design, maintenance, and optimization of digital forms, electronic signature processes, and automated approval workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Translates business requirements into clear workflow configurations and assists in monitoring performance data to identify efficiency and user experience improvements
  • Prepares and presents concise, data driven updates to leadership on workflow performance, signature cycle times, and opportunities for process enhancement
  • Discovers, defines, and executes against process improvement/continuous improvement projects
  • Analyzes workflows within and across departments to determine how the company can work better
  • Performs time and motion studies, cycle time analysis, and identifies process waste
  • Develops and delivers training materials to support process changes
  • Runs self-directed improvement projects delivering value to the organization
  • Supports business leaders with continuous analysis of our business processes, quantifying opportunities
  • Supports Process Improvement culture across the enterprise
  • Builds and delivers training materials to support standard processes
