About The Position

Process Engineer III Responsibilities: Resist chemistry development, screening & characterization Development of unit process on process integration flow for pathfinding of next generation device architecture & 3D integration requirements. Compile and analyze test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications and roadmaps. Work with process and hardware engineers on demo tooling equipment Assist in recommendation and interpretation of physical and chemical behaviors as part of process characterization Must be able to work closely with process engineering team & tool assembly teams Keeping up on the latest technology and methods trends in the industry for not only your betterment but also for the purpose of investigating opportunities for securing intellectual property (IP). Comfortable driving project objectives across multiple sites/locations. Work with process and hardware engineers on demo tooling equipment Assist in recommendation and interpretation of physical and chemical behaviors as part of process characterization

Requirements

  • Pursuing BS, MS or PhD in Chemistry, Material Science or related field
  • Familiarity with semiconductor processing is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be able to work in teams as well as individually
  • Ability and desire to work as a part of a multicultural team
