Major Focus: Design, Develop & Optimize Manufacturing processes & systems to expand company capabilities with a focus on enhancing internal and external customer experience, quality and speed in our High Purity Value Stream.

Requirements

  • BSME – Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with Operations Understanding
  • Alternate Engineering degrees with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Proven experience working in ISO 5 (Class 100) cleanrooms, including contamination control, cleanroom protocols, and process discipline
  • Manufacturing / Process Engineering experience with a focus on technical problem solving and transfer of development projects to production levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office, working knowledge of ERP systems
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in semiconductor or microelectronics environments preferred
  • Must possess a technical problem-solving mindset that enjoys resolving significant engineering challenges
  • 8D, FMEA, Cause and Effect, 5 Why’s Lean and Six Sigma skills are necessary to efficiently and methodically resolve technical challenges
  • Experience using Stage Gate process for development through production scaling
  • Demonstrated experience in Design For Manufacturability Assembly tolerancing Fabrication, machining, and welding Production scaling Tooling/Fixturing Value Stream Mapping Manufacturing Cell design

Responsibilities

  • Support production to meet organizational metrics
  • Develop, qualify, and sustain manufacturing processes, routes and bills of material for semiconductor components within ISO 5 cleanroom environments
  • Author and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and control plans compliant with cleanroom and contamination‑control standards
  • Collaborate with quality, facilities, and EHS teams to ensure ongoing cleanroom compliance and continuous improvement
  • Liaison for all areas of organization (Sales, Quality, R&D, etc.) with respect to products and production capabilities
  • Support equipment selection, installation, and validation for cleanroom manufacturing operations
