About The Position

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the Business Unit. You will manage Daily Management Systems, enhance equipment reliability, support digital transformation efforts, analyze performance data to prioritize improvements, lead problem‑solving activities, build employee capabilities, collaborate cross‑functionally, and oversee capital initiatives. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Own Daily Management Systems (DMS) within the Business Unit, including creation and implementation of standards. Use technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems to improve equipment reliability. Develop employee capabilities related to systems, standards, and technical understanding. Promote technological transformation through effective use and improvement of digital tools. Analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities. Lead small groups through structured problem‑solving methodologies. Manage small projects independently using tools within the Conagra Performance System. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other partners. Lead Business Unit capital project initiatives. Provide direct oversight, administer discipline, and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures. Perform other duties as required. Ingredients Required for Your Success 2+ years of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Power BI, PowerApps, Excel, and PowerPoint. Technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. Lean Six Sigma Methodology (yellow belt) preferred. Project management experience Bachelor's degree preferred. Relocation assistance is available for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Requirements

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
