The Process Improvement Supervisor will help to oversee the daily operations and seek out improvement opportunities by monitoring workflow and identifying bottlenecks within all manufacturing. They will also help to ensure that all raw materials, in-process assemblies and finished products meet quality standards and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations manager to facilitate day-to-day staff tasks to meet production scheduling requirements.

Requirements

• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic assemblies and design
• Knowledge of machine tools, including design for use, repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of electronic circuitry
• Computer and PLC proficiency
• CAD design software
• Works well in team environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee Receiving Inspection and Final Test Areas
• Assist with new product transition into manufacturing
• Seeking out process improvements
• Design and maintain equipment to enhance operational efficiency
• Perform quality inspections as required
• Participates in company 6S initiatives
• Programming and maintenance of automated and test equipment
• Perform PCB incoming inspection
• Perform annual reviews with staff
