Requirements

High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety.
Comfortable working around heat and chemicals (training and safety gear provided).
Dependable, punctual, and able to work evening hours consistently.
High school diploma or GED required.
This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Responsibilities

Assist the Dip room operator with the aluminum dip braze process during 2nd shift operations.
Support production flow by moving parts through the line efficiently to meet evening shift targets.
Prepare materials for processing by sandblasting baskets and racks for production readiness.
Learn to operate equipment such as Positech hoists and FANUC robots under supervision and training.
Help ensure all parts meet quality standards and production goals before shift completion.
Follow strict safety protocols and consistently wear required PPE (face shield, gloves, apron, etc.).
Participate in training, shift briefings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
