2026, Process Optimization Intern
About The Position
This is a 10-week summer internship program running from June 1 to August 7, 2026. This role is for candidates currently pursuing a college or university degree with an accredited institution and consists of on-the-job learning, along with a final presentation, in addition to any department-specific projects and tasks. The Process Optimization Intern will have the opportunity to support the Operations & IT functions across a broad swath of initiatives including contributing to the creation of governance frameworks, process documentation, and ad-hoc projects. Requirements
- Excellent writen and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and time management skills needed, as well as high attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Rising junior or senior at an accredited college or university.
- All majors welcome.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data & processes across different functions (Finance, Claims & UW).
- Recommend technological and operational improvements.
- Draft SOPs for various departments to increase standardization.
- Ad-hoc projects to increase standardization.
- Ad-hoc projects within the broader Operations & IT functions.
