Responsibilities

• Implement Lean Manufacturing activities in all jobs.
• Prepare and test new equipment, including TMPC and/or specific customer requirement.
• Assemble and improve automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing production equipment.
• Conduct equipment training.
• Assist training the operators, and personnel with new processes, work instructions development, single point lessons.
• Participate on a Kaizen Team according to GROWTTH requirement.
• Utilize project management tools to determine scope of projects and track progress.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
