About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced Process Technician IV to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead complex equipment setups, support mold and process development, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure molding operations run safely, efficiently, and consistently produce high‑quality parts. This is a hands‑on technical role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and enjoys problem‑solving, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing process technician and/or related training and experience in mold development.
  • Proficient with the production molding process, injection or extrusion mold tooling, and RJG cavity pressure monitoring systems.
  • Thorough understanding of scientific molding principles, and IQ-OQ-PQ validation process.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the molding process, scientific molding principles, RJG cavity pressure monitoring systems, and eDART™ cycle graph interpretation.
  • Thorough understanding of injection or extrusion mold tooling and the IQ/OQ/PQ validation process.
  • Experience in both injection and extrusion molding equipment and production processes
  • Previous experience in related functions and an ISO 9001/13485 environment.
  • Knowledge of IQMS.
  • Certification: RJG certified

Nice To Haves

  • Master Molder 1 certificate desired.

Responsibilities

  • Set up molds, establish process parameters, and perform machine startups to ensure equipment runs within validated and documented standards.
  • Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce parts that meet all quality and output requirements.
  • Troubleshoot molding, equipment, and quality issues using root cause analysis, scientific molding principles, and validated process data.
  • Conduct thorough product inspections and make decisions based on established quality criteria.
  • Lead process development and improvement initiatives, including DOE work, CAPA activities, mold validation, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Tool Room, and Production to develop, refine, and maintain robust, repeatable molding processes and tooling.
  • Train, coach, and support Operators, Setup Mechanics, and Process Technicians while maintaining all required documentation, safety practices, and clean working conditions.
