Where You’ll Make a Difference Operate production equipment in one of our enzymes manufacturing areas, ensuring safe and efficient execution of all processes. Monitor production systems to maximize output and ensure high‑quality enzyme manufacturing. Work with our Delta V process control system to operate, adjust, and optimize equipment performance. Troubleshoot mechanical or process issues and collaborate with engineers to improve reliability and resolve problems. Follow detailed SOPs and process instructions to ensure consistent batch manufacturing. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment aligned with GMP, safety, and quality standards. Work a 12‑hour Alternate Work Schedule (AWS), including rotating day and night shifts, working 7 out of 14 days. Follow company safety protocols, including PPE use, and support a proactive safety culture.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a mechanical, industrial, or plant environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and follow detailed procedures in a manufacturing setting.
  • Comfortable using computers, including MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs and work safely around industrial equipment.
  • Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (days/nights), including weekends.
  • Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • A.A./B.S. degree in a scientific or technical field.
  • Experience operating industrial production systems or control systems (Delta V experience is a plus).
  • Prior experience in enzyme, chemical, or other batch‑manufacturing environments.
