As we continue being 'Here for you’, we’re looking for a Process Technician - 12hr Night Shift (6:45pm - 7am, 2-2-3) to join our Production & manufacturing team. Purpose It supports the Process Engineer in continuous improvement activities and carrying out samples and tests in production. It supports and contributes to scheduled maintenance activities and actively participates in product changes. The Role involves the coordination of process activities and format changes on the lines with a view to optimizing them for times and methods applied. Requirements

  • Technical degree
  • 3 years of operational experience in the industrial technical area
  • Ability to use work tools and small tools.
  • It must have a strong orientation to the result and flexibility
  • Good use of office tools
  • Good leadership skills, priority management, communication and relationships with colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Process Engineer in the creation of in-line process control tools in order to ensure the reproducibility of results and compliance with Product Specifications.
  • Archive all line parameter cards, machine book, cleaning plans and check lists.
  • Support development of operators capabilities.
  • It verifies the process parameters recorded on the line and in case of deviation supports the Process Engineer in the creation of specific action plans.
  • Supports the conductor in complex fault searches.
  • Collaborate with maintenance to understand the causes of repetitive and abnormal replacements.
  • Drive continuous improvement (OMEX) standards and implementations (CIL, CLM, DH, etc).
  • Execute and optimize product/size changeovers.
  • Improve and make analysis of changeover in order to reduce time spend on changeovers.
  • It supports drivers in the restart phases from format change and / or scheduled maintenance.
  • Contributes significantly to line results in terms of NOP, OEE, waste, safety and quality.
  • All the above activities must be carried out in compliance with: The principles expressed in the Code of Ethics and according to the rules defined in the Corporate Organizational Model and local laws Of all the procedures of the safety management system and company environment as well as of all the mandatory legislation
