About The Position

Architectural Resilience Design: Lead the engineering and documentation of end-to-end technology recovery strategies, translating high-level business continuity requirements into technical architecture for infrastructure, cloud services, and application stacks. Technical Risk & Impact Modeling: Execute deep-dive dependency mapping and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify single points of failure, quantifying risk across networking, compute, and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP) to drive remediation. Infrastructure Strategy Validation: Direct the technical validation and continuous stress-testing of recovery procedures, ensuring that $RTO$ (Recovery Time Objective) and $RPO$ (Recovery Point Objective) targets align with actual system failover capabilities. Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) within project lifecycles to embed "resilience-by-design" into new implementations, performing rigorous technical assessments of both internal builds and third-party vendor recovery postures. Data-Driven Process Optimization: Engineer and maintain complex data telemetry to monitor resilience health, performing root-cause analysis (RCA) on recovery gaps and leveraging trend data to automate and streamline disaster recovery workflows.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Project Management Mastery: Proven track record leading complex, high-stakes technical initiatives; must possess the ability to bridge the gap between high-level project governance and deep-stack technical implementation across networking, compute, and telephony.
  • Specialized Recovery Expertise: Extensive experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) orchestration, including the development, maintenance, and validation of enterprise-level failover strategies and the management of $RTO/RPO$ metrics.
  • Healthcare Industry Acumen: Preferred background in healthcare environments, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of clinical application interdependencies, HIPAA/regulatory availability requirements, and the impact of technology resilience on patient care.
