Processing Clerk II Onsite - Nashville, TN Shift – 7:00am to Clean Desk Friday - Monday $20.00 per hour We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Processing Clerk II to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will work to ensure a smooth and efficient processing operation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mail processing, strong multitasking abilities, and the confidence to make productive decisions while interacting with various personality types.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage interactions with diverse personalities
Able to pass background check
Able to pass drug test
Must have high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Perform various administrative and clerical task including clerical tasks, data entry and mail processing
Operate mail processing equipment or manual sorting methods
Monitor mail flow of mail ensuring proper sorting mail in bins
Ensures quality and volume is met during shifts
Performs other duties assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
