About The Position
The Potato Room workers will be responsible to learn and perform various jobs in the potato room. They will ensure everything is done to meet Mrs. Gerry’s quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak, read and understand English.
Responsibilities
- Know and follow HACCP and SQF programs.
- Know and follow all Food Safety procedures.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Drive forklift.
- Working with retorts.
- Dumping Potatoes.
- Working on the Cabbage Line.
