About The Position

Nature’s Bakery, a fast-growing national brand of better-for-you snacks, has immediate openings for a Processing Operator I to support our new production Line 4. We have openings on all shifts and offer 40+ hours a week for Full time employees. As a Processing Operator, you are an essential worker responsible for correctly measuring and mixing approved ingredients to meet company standards and specifications, operate equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner, work on a strict timeline to ensure the freshest product, and adhere to all Food Safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to deliver our superior product. You will also learn the basics of machine operation, cleaning and maintenance, and how to use and work with bulk ingredients for commercial baking.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in cold and warm environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Lift products, boxes, and totes weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to perform minor equipment changeovers as required for bulk material handling.
  • Ability to utilize an ERP system for material movements through the processing area.
  • Completion of batching and traceability paperwork as required by Food Safety Procedures.
  • Ability to utilize Human Machine Interface (HMI) to refill bulk containers for ingredient delivery
  • Ability to support bailing of bulk bag
  • Have your own or ability to acquire steel toe boots.
  • Individuals must be willing to work as a team member.

  • Forklift certified, preferred.
