Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Team player with a focus on quality and safety
Nice To Haves
- Production or food manufacturing experience is a bonus
- Basic computer and mechanical skills helpful
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor pasta processing lines (mixing, extrusion, cutting, drying).
- Conduct quality checks so every noodle hits the mark.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and keep production moving.
- Complete documentation and communicate with your teammates across shifts.
- Assist with product changeovers and maintain clean, game-ready equipment.
- Unload semolina and help maintain the die and blade rooms.
