Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective and articulate verbal and written communication that is clear and concise.
  • Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; experienced with Excel.
  • At least 6 months’ EPC experience leading a team in a production environment.
  • Experience using computer software such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
  • Basic math skills to count IT equipment accurately and fast.
  • Must be able to categorize IT equipment by reading and identifying serial printed letters, numbers, symbols and model information with a small font size
  • Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in information technology or equivalent industry experience.
  • A+ and Network + Certifications.
  • Familiar and able to efficiently use the Iinvision Inventory Software
  • Must be outgoing, energetic, and able to prioritize workflow.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and share knowledge with others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to think critically, and the ability to make logical decisions
  • Must be able to meet or exceed production goals and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and coach up to 6 team members to ensure policies, procedures, and expectations are adhered to.
  • Responsible for working with all local facility and national management, ensuring optimum and efficient Auditing processes that stay ahead of all SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Maintain employee records: weekly timecards, attendance points, annual reviews, write-ups, etc.
  • Ensure Leads and team members are meeting and exceeding daily production goals and quota numbers with a quality focus
  • Conduct weekly meetings and routine correspondence with all department team members.
  • Move equipment around the facility using pallet jacks and carts.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
