About The Position

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Greer, SC location on a On-site work schedule. (2nd shift, 4pm-2am Mon - Thurs) In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our production line, ensuring that processes run smoothly and that products meet the required specifications, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and business success.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or processing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of processing equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on processing equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards in a manufacturing setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
