This position involves making the best use of ministry funds when it comes to operational purchasing. The Procurement Administrator participates in managing Christian Care Ministry’s purchasing program to include a full range of procurement activities and functions. This role establishes and maintains professional relationships with suppliers and consultants to source, bid, negotiate, select, and approve purchases. The Procurement Administrator interacts with suppliers, internal customers and the Legal Department to ensure supplier quality, historical continuity, reduced risk, and the best possible service for the Ministry. This position also entails resolving discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices and/or problems involving delivery dates, delays, damages, shorts, incorrect merchandise, incomplete orders & non-deliveries.
