About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Procurement Agent Manager (Level K) to join the Fastener Operations team located in Everett, WA. Position Responsibilities: Lead and motivate Operations Procurement Agents and SCMAs in the project management, operational readiness and supplier administration Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports Manage, mentor and develop a team of Procurement Agents and SCMAs that oversee the performance of our supply chain for all of our commercial programs Ensure that our supply chain is positioned to support upcoming rate increases Support strategy definition and execution for our responsible commodities Collaborate respectfully with great communication and experience working across multi-disciplined teams Do Cool Things and Shape The Future of our Supply Chain Team

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing
• 1+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership role
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically and internationally
• Demonstrated experience with developing and presenting executive briefings and driving strategy definition cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in a formal/informal leadership role
• 3+ years of experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
• 3+ years of experience applying LEAN principles and/or Standard/Standardized work
• 3+ years of experience managing projects utilizing standard project management tools
• External supply chain experience
• Supply chain experience in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing environment

Responsibilities
